**As the Principal Human Resource Consultant, you will**:
- Provide effective and timely advice and consultancy services to regional and school staff on a diverse range of human resource management matters.
- Work with your wider Human Resource Business Partnering team to utilise the range of departmental policies to interpret, clarify and operationalise the reform agenda and the resultant impact on the workforce.
These roles are responsible for various portfolios across business partnering, performance, and conduct. The second available role will also include responsibility for the injury management portfolio.
