Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a reliable, customer-friendly and fast-learning individual to join our team at the VIC branch.


Main Responsibilities

* Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, handling queries with honesty, courtesy, and integrity.
* Serve as the primary contact between the branch and national teams for operational inquiries.
* Oversee asset quality control, ensuring accurate advertisements and high-quality photographs.
* Coordinate asset rectifications, liaising with preparation teams and suppliers to ensure exceptional repair quality.
* Manage stock control processes, including reporting, stock takes, reconciliation, and assisting with operational tasks as needed.


About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Self-motivation with a hands-on, can-do attitude, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and able to work well in a team.
* Strong ability to maintain quality standards, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to quickly learn our user-friendly auction system.
* Demonstrated understanding of WH&S regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
