We’re seeking an organised, customer-focused Rental Coordinator to join our client’s automotive team in Moranbah. This is a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary, a Monday–Friday roster, and the comfort of being home every night.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the primary point of contact for all customer rental requirements at the branch level, you’ll ensure exceptional service while supporting the Business Development Manager with sales plan objectives. You’ll manage bookings, coordinate vehicle availability, complete rental processes, and help keep the branch running smoothly.

ON OFFER:

- $75,000 per annum + super.
- Permanent full-time stability.
- Be home every night – no overnight travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for all customer rental needs.
- Manage bookings and schedule vehicles for rent.
- Complete pre- and post-rental inspections, paperwork, and contract close-outs.
- Support the sales process by handling leads, updating CRM, and assisting with reporting.
- Maintain vehicle presentation standards, including detailing and minor accessory fitments.
- Liaise daily with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Always prioritise safety in line with company procedures.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential

- Secondary Education Certificate.
- Experience in an administrative role with strong customer service and sales focus.
- Ability to plan, organise, and meet deadlines.
- Competent with computers and booking systems.

Preferred

- Experience in the hire/rental industry.
- Knowledge of utilisation targets and operational efficiencies.
