Your Impact:
As our clients new Perioperative Services Manager, you’ll steer a cutting-edge operating theatre complex, blending strategic vision with hands-on leadership. You’ll:
- Lead and inspire perioperative nursing teams—scrub/scout, anaesthetics, recovery, sterilisation, and technicians—to deliver top-tier surgical care.
- Boost operating theatre efficiency, mastering schedules, budgets, and resources to hit KPIs and clinical standards.
- Shape perioperative strategy with hospital execs, elevating service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Champion AHPRA, ACORN, and NSQHS compliance, ensuring safety and infection control in surgical settings.

You’ll Need:
- AHPRA Registration: Current and active—essential for this perioperative leadership role.
- Eligibility to Work in Australia: Full working rights required (no visa support at this time).
- Minimum 2 Years Recent Experience: Bring confidence, technical expertise, and deep theatre operations know-how (5+ years preferred, with 2+ in leadership—e.g., NUM, ANUM).
- Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Stay calm, clear, and focused in high-pressure surgical services, syncing with teams and patients.
