The Role
Our growing Erina office is in search of a Business Support Assistant in a part time capacity, who will be motivated to support the Central Coast region. This will be someone who has a dynamic and confident personality and who is keen to learn, grow and be a supportive member of our team.
You will be responsible for assisting with fee proposals, invoicing, and general administration tasks. You will work with other Business Support staff across other regions and with local staff members from Job Managers to Senior Management.
You will need to be able to respectfully deal with a diverse range of people both internally and externally. You will be joining a fast paced, busy team and will enjoy operating with an appropriate level of autonomy reporting to the Business Support Manager.
Day to day responsibilities include:
* Assisting with reception duties: Answering phones, greeting clients
* Assisting with the preparation of fee proposals, letters
* Maintaining office environment
* Assisting engineering team with reports, uploading drawings, some site work relating to reports
* Assistance with invoicing
