Real Estate Advisory Professional
BDO's Real Estate Advisory team works with government and private sector clients across various sectors including residential development, social and affordable housing, Built to Rent (BTR), industrial, transport, health, and other traditional asset classes.
We are seeking a real estate professional at Senior Manager level to join our growing team in Brisbane to deliver and advise on significant projects within the real estate and infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engagements on time and on budget as part of the team responsible.
* Pursue new business opportunities through engagement with clients and potential future partners.
* Develop strategies for tender processes, prepare proposals, and manage sub-contractors.
* Maintain relationships with project stakeholders, partners, and industry participants.
About You
We're looking for applicants who have a broad range of skillsets relating to real estate advisory.
Qualifications and Skills
* Tertiary qualifications in property economics or another related field.
* Certified Practising Valuer registration is desirable.
* Digital proficiency in commercial real estate platforms and financial modelling in Excel.
* Ability to interpret technical reports and deliver valuations.
* Experience in property acquisition and disposal, planning schemes, and property leases.
* Collaboration skills gained from working in multi-disciplinary teams.
* Strong report writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
