About the Position
We are seeking a Principal Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EIC) Engineer to join our team, based out of our modern Pakenham facilities. Our EIC division delivers end-to-end engineering for power generation solutions across a range of critical sectors, including remote energy, data centres and hospitals. As the Principal Engineer, you will act as the technical authority for EIC, working closely with the team to set engineering standards, provide mentorship, and ensure design quality and technical compliance across projects.
About You
You are confident and communicate professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a demonstratable team-leader mindset and possess the ability to deliver high-quality, accurate designs with project delivery pace.
If you have:
* A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a closely related discipline;
* A professional engineering registration;
* Experience with PLC/SCADA architecture, configuration, and programming;
* A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in EIC design, delivery and commissioning for power generation or related industries; and
* Proven experience in EIC as a lead or principal engineer in Australia
