Overview
Permanent full time role with a large Australian and New Zealand based hospitality group. As an experienced up-and-coming payroll manager, you\'ll be looking after an ANZ payroll for 700 staff.
Responsibilities
* Manage payroll processing, reporting and compliance for 700+ casual and permanent hospitality staff based in Australia and New Zealand.
* Partner closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief HR Manager to ensure data accuracy and timeliness of payroll.
* Support payroll-related queries and maintain payroll controls and documentation.
* Ensure adherence to both Australian and New Zealand payroll environments and regulations.
Requirements
* 5+ years of payroll experience.
* Exposure to both Australian and New Zealand payroll environments.
* Salary guide: $120,000 to $150,000.
* Location and work setup: based in South Yarra with a hybrid work-from-home option; 4 days in the office.
