Overview
National Account Executive ANZ - Bunnings at DuluxGroup (Selleys brand). This role focuses on supporting the National Account team to deliver sustained, profitable growth for Selleys and Bunnings, through data-driven analysis, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the National Account team on the day-to-day management of the account
- Use data and critical evaluation to provide reporting, insights and sales tools to enhance the delivery of sales plans and business strategy
- Maintain regular contact and productive business relationships with stakeholders within Bunnings
- Support and engage with the field sales team to ensure channel and customer requirements are communicated clearly and effectively
- Lead the organisation of customer events and expos
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across activation plans
- Monitor Selleys and competitor activity within the channel and report insights to portfolio managers

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Experience in sales support, field sales, account management, or similar roles
- Ability to analyze and interpret data; PowerBI experience desirable
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills
- Clear written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strategic mindset with strong follow-through and delivery
- High customer service orientation with influencing and negotiating skills
