Key Goals of Role: Transform the online customer experience / journey Spearhead projects such as platform migrations / upgrades Enhance B2B and B2C functionalities Systems / Data / API integrations to optimize performance Oversee growth driving digital initiatives You will ideally have a background across: Managing eCommerce platforms / ecommerce ecosystems Technically focused with a User-Experience mind-set Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (eg. Magento / SF Commerce Cloud) Have a solid understanding / knowledge of CRM & ERP integrations Technical troubleshooting & problem solving across web / backend / workflow systems Strong stakeholder communication & engagement style Comfortable liaising with Technical & Non-Technical business users Possess unlimited full working rights in Australia This is a full-time permanent position based on site (Monday to Friday) in their Sydney offices.
