Baker Bleu is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our growing leadership team and help shape the future of our brand across Melbourne and Sydney.
Known for our dark crust sourdough, delicious pastries, generously filled fresh sandwiches and excellent coffee, Baker Bleu has become an industry benchmark for quality and innovation. About the role:
As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across our stores and online platforms. You'll work closely with our retail and operations teams to ensure our marketing reflects the Baker Bleu experience – from the smell of freshly baked sourdough to the buzz of our vibrant stores. Centrally based in our Cremorne head office, you'll spend regular time across all of our stores, ensuring that our marketing program is seamless from the digital space to the in store experience.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the development of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-store channels.
* Managing content creation, photography, and storytelling to showcase our exceptional products.
* Driving local marketing initiatives for each store, ensuring we connect with our communities.
* Overseeing email marketing, loyalty programs, and customer engagement strategies.
* Collaborating on new store launches and supporting our growth plans.
* Monitoring performance metrics and using insights to refine campaigns.
