As a UCAT Question Writer, you'll design accurate, purposeful questions that let students practise the skills that really work, alongside clear explanations that break down complex questions and highlight strategies that genuinely help on the exam.

While mostly remote and flexible, the role is highly collaborative, with regular communication between writers, tutors, and management.

From day one, you'll follow a structured onboarding program, working closely with our leadership and UCAT Resources Team Leader to master our software, processes, and standards.
You'll receive personalised feedback and practical training so that creating top-tier questions becomes second nature.
Training continues beyond onboarding with regular 1-on-1 check-ins and team meetings, ensuring ongoing growth.
