Main Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor team members, promoting professional development and teamwork. Foster a collaborative work environment that aligns with each core value.
* Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations. Provide go-to support for the team.
* Facilitate and document regular and engaging team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
* Implement strategies that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide feedback on the effectiveness within the team.
* Seek input from the team and collaborate with other internal and external departments to align goals and share best practices.
Main Tasks
* Create and maintain accurate daily task cards for team members ensuring they adequately address all client needs.
* Assist rostering in scheduling daily supports, appointing part-time status, filling ad-hoc and last-minute leave requests. Ensure overtime is only utilised as a last resort and all other avenues to cover shifts have been exhausted.
* Conduct annual performance evaluations, quarterly staff reviews and assist in the recruitment of new staff as necessary.
* Resolve conflicts within the team promptly and professionally, while maintaining a positive work environment and culture. Seek assistance from Management and Human Resources when required.
