dedicated Personal Care Workers

About The Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide essential support and care to residents, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing in their daily lives. You'll work under the guidance of Registered Nurses and be a vital part of a close-knit care team.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care & Support
Assist residents with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, grooming, mobility, and meals
Provide emotional support and companionship
Help residents maintain their independence and quality of life
Support residents to participate in activities and community engagement
Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional health to clinical staff
Teamwork & Safety
Work collaboratively with nurses, allied health, and other staff to deliver person-centered care
Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems
Adhere to infection control, health, and safety policies
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture

About You

Key Selection Criteria
Essential
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate IV Ageing Support
Current CPR Certificate
Current driver's licenceExperience working in residential aged care or similar environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
Full Australian working rights
Desirable
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate IV Ageing Support
Experience with electronic care systemsKnowledge of aged care standards and best practices
Compliance Requirements
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
National Personal Insolvency Check
