We are searching for people who are excited about food, and who are motivated to provide excellent customer service. The Successful candidates will help our Technical Services Department across warranty management, service operations, and general service administration, to help us sell and service the best commercial food equipment in Australia.

Service Delivery Operator
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming enquiries from National Service Hotline, Web Enquiries, Emails and Internal requests
* Receive and manage open calls daily through Salesforce telephony
* Liaise with Service Technicians to ensure they have the relevant information to efficiently complete jobs
* Where required, schedule and input service calls to relevant technicians/agents including all relevant information to efficiently complete jobs
What you need
* Ability to think critically and to identify and solve problems as they arise
* Competent in the use of Microsoft office suite
* Previous experience in a call center/dispatching role
* Intermediate PC and CRM skills
Service Operations Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate service invoices from work completed by Service Technicians and External Contractors
* Manage time and resources efficiently to contribute towards achieving Service Operations budget and KPIs
* Ensure that all documentation is received before invoicing and recorded appropriately
* Assist in the management of Service Technician compliance documents and customer portals
* Submit warranty claims to manufacturers
What we are looking for:
* Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs and provide confidence in our ability to support them and address their issues, in a calm, clear and effective manner
* Ability to work with Salesforce and MS Office applications
* Understanding the department goals and importance of achieving monthly budget/target
* Understanding of service operations in general
