About the jobAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Communications Analyst to join our team and help plan and execute clear, timely, and impactful communications across a variety of initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with the Communications Manager to design and develop communication materials, manage digital content, and oversee communication requests to ensure that messaging is effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver targeted change communication packages to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Assist the Communications Manager in coordinating and executing communication strategies and plans.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure that messages align with organizational goals and objectives.
Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels, including digital platforms and print materials.
Maintain a comprehensive communications calendar, ensuring all communication activities are planned and executed smoothly.
Ensure that communication materials are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Requirements: 4+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on change communications and stakeholder engagement.
Strong ability to produce high-quality materials across various media, particularly in digital communications.
Expertise in graphic design, with the ability to create visually engaging communication materials.
Experience managing complex communications across multiple business units.
Strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and overcome challenges.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while adhering to structured plans and deadlines.
Ability to quickly assimilate information and present it concisely and meaningfully.
Experience in measuring communication effectiveness and gathering stakeholder feedback.
