Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and implementation of HR initiatives and processes
* Advise employees and managers on HR policies and employment law
* Oversee payroll accuracy and resolve queries
* Manage HR operations across the full employee lifecycle
* Use data to track trends and deliver accurate insights
* Maintain and improve HRIS data integrity and drive system adoption
* Ensure compliance with evolving legislation
Qualifications/Requirements
* Proven experience in HR advisory and a sharp analytical mindset
* Effective communication skills, empathetic and professional
* Confident use of HRIS platforms and Google Sheets/Excel
* Able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
Location and Working Arrangements
This role offers remote or hybrid working flexibility, based anywhere in Australia, with co-working spaces in Melbourne and Sydney.
