Your new role:
The NAB Connect app allows business bankers to access their accounts seamlessly on the go, from anywhere.
Working in the NAB Connect Servicing team you will be responsible for the education and service of NAB's business customer with everything account related.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling between 25-45 IB calls.
- Helping to educate and service NAB's business banking customers.
- A strong focus on first call resolution and availability to talk to customers when scheduled.
- Identify cross sell opportunities when assessing customers financial needs and refer to the appropriate specialists.
- Adherence to Industry Code of Practice.
For the first 8-10 weeks you will be training, Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM, onsite at 122 Lewis Road, Wantirna South 3152.
Shifts will be on a rotating roster between Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 8:00PM once you have completed your ProHub training.
