Our client has multiple food and beverage offerings, ranging from an intimate cellar door operation to a stunning contemporary dining restaurant that overlooks the vineyards.
Over the years, the team has worked tirelessly to design and execute creative food menus that highlight some of the best produce on the Peninsula. As a result, they have a loyal local following that keeps the restaurant busy all year round.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will know how to support senior leaders while guiding front-of-house staff across an 80-seater restaurant that is busy most days of the week.
The candidate who will flourish in this position will have a knack for creating memorable guest experiences, along with the ability to coach and inspire teams during shifts.

The candidate
* Previous Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience is essential - Hatted or Michelin Star experience is highly desirable
* Ability to manage sections, supervise and coach teams on shift, and assist with entry level training and recruitment
* WSET accreditation preferred, but not essential
* Immaculate presentation, strong communication skills, and a drive to be working for the best
* A personality and character that oozes warmth and is a storyteller in their service style
