Overview
Head of Oracle Technologies at Next Ventures. Oracle Manufacturing Programme manager needed for long term contract role. Remote working but travel will be required. Oracle EBS ERP And Supply Chain Experience is absolutely mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Plan the Integration/Separation Program.
- Define the Governance model for the Order-to-Cash Integration Program, including Supply Chain (Demand and Supply Planning), Order Management through Fulfilment, Accounting, Finance, and Device Service work streams.
- Collaborate with IT Leadership and the Program Steering Committee to define the scope of the Integration Program and its programs/projects.
- Define the communications process and frequency for the Program by country/workstream as needed.
- Define and hire the need for a team of program managers, project managers, and analysts.
- Create and execute a high-level integrated detailed work plan identifying activities to complete the remainder of the global Integration program.
- Determine initial resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the program by program and by project; maintain the resources plan over time.
- Develop a schedule of integrated schedules for program completion and allocate resources accordingly.
- Brief program and project schedules with C-Level executives, senior management, and other staff affected by project activities; revise and update schedules as required.
- Determine objectives, benefits, and measures by which the overall program and its projects will be evaluated at completion.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies and how to apply them.
- Experience with integrated schedules and a very large number of simultaneous activities.
- Robust organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize key business objectives and respond quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to excel in a geographically dispersed remote team environment and positively influence others.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, SmartSheet, MS Project.
- Proficient in simple accounting, budget tracking, and database management.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Minimum 10-15 years of planning and 10-15 years of senior management experience required.
- Experience managing in a waterfall systems development lifecycle methodology required.
- Experience managing acquisition-related follow-on integration projects required.
- PgMP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent Certification highly desired.
- Experience in Enterprise or Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, SmartSheet) desired.
- Extensive experience with Oracle ERP/MRP systems required.
- Experience working in a regulated environment desired.
