Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Service Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.


Main Responsibilities:


- Manage reservations, guest services, reception, and cashiering duties with precision and efficiency.


- Collaborate with other departments to provide support and maintain a high level of service quality.


Requirements:


- 1 year's experience in hotel/resort Front Office with practical knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and strong computer skills.


- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, early mornings, late evenings, and public holidays.


- Relevant certifications, such as RSA where required.
