This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, high-performing team delivering impactful change. We are seeking a Change Analyst to support the roll out of a new group risk platform. The platform will provide an integrated risk platform to digitise processes, registers, and workflows across a range of domains including enterprise risk, compliance management, WH&S;, vendor management (procurement), technology risk, operational resilience, and sustainability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with impacted teams to understand current systems, processes, proposed changes, and their implications.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments, analysis, and engagement to effectively support impacted groups and enable target end-state.
- Establish and maintain strategic networks with key stakeholders to foster a supportive environment for change initiatives.
- Develop change and communication artifacts, including change management plans, impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, procedures, knowledge documents, and a suite of communications products and activities.
- Undertake skills and learning analysis and work with the People Team to facilitate workshops and training sessions to guide stakeholders through change.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive behavioural change outcomes to ensure a positive risk culture.

**Knowledge & Experience**:
- Proven experience implementing and delivering change initiatives end-to-end, including complex change programs. Experience with platform roll out is desirable.
- Hands-on experience in executing change strategies and deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Certification or proven experience in change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR etc).
- Six Sigma White or Yellow Belt certification is desirable but not essential.
