As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our hospital. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead ECC shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends.

**Requirements:**
* Hold a veterinary degree available for registration in New South Wales.
* Minimum of 5+ years working in a 24/7 Emergency and Speciality Care hospital.
* Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams.
* Strategic thinking to refine and grow the service.
* Team player, good communicator, and commitment to building a positive workplace environment.
* Dedication to delivering compassionate and high-quality veterinary care.
