Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vehicle Buyer at our Salisbury, QLD location. The Vehicle Buyer is responsible for appraising, evaluating, and purchasing vehicles from customers while maintaining positive relationships. Daily tasks include conducting vehicle inspections, negotiating purchase offers, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The role requires exceptional customer service skills to provide a professional and satisfying experience for clients.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of vehicle appraisals, evaluations, and automotive market trends
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
* Ability to conduct vehicle inspections and ensure accurate documentation
* Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple transactions effectively
* Previous experience in the automotive or sales industry is an advantage
* Proficiency in using relevant software and technology is a plus
* A valid Australian driver's license is required
