KW Earthmoving & Concreting offers top-quality Wet and Dry Hire, Concreting, Earthmoving, and Quarry Services in Mildura. We are currently seeking a skilled Leading Hand / Site Supervisor to join our team in a full time position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervise, lead, and support site teams to ensure project milestones are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
* Coordinate daily site activities, plant, materials, equipment, and subcontractors in line with project timelines
* Interpret and implement construction plans, specifications, and quality requirements
* Ensure full compliance with WHS regulations, environmental management plans, and site safety procedures
* Monitor daily progress, resources, and potential risks, providing accurate reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders
* Liaise professionally with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain communication and resolve issues promptly
* Maintain accurate site documentation, quality control records, and safety reporting
* Guide, mentor, and support team members while fostering a positive and productive work culture
* Assist with hands-on tasks when required to keep workflow and project delivery on track
Applicants must have:
* Minimum 4+ years' experience supervising civil construction projects, particularly subdivisions, earthworks, and civil infrastructure
* Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor coordinating teams, plant, materials, and subcontractors
* Strong ability to read and interpret civil construction plans, specifications, and quality requirements
* Thorough understanding of Australian construction standards, WHS legislation, and environmental requirements
* Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills with high attention to detail
* Experience with quality assurance systems, site documentation, and compliance reporting
* Current White Card and valid Australian driver's licence (additional tickets highly regarded)
* Must be currently based in Australia with unrestricted work rights
