* Community Engagement: helping the participant stay connected and active
Key Responsibilities
The role involves providing compassionate and capable support, including personal care, manual handling, and community engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A genuine commitment to person-centred support
* Unrestricted full Driver's Licence
* National Police Check
* Working with Vulnerable People Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
