Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the National Director, Tenant Advisory Group – Logistics & Industrial, as well as administrative assistance to the broader national team. This is a pivotal role that offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to one of Australia's leading real estate advisory groups.
About the Role
Based either in Melbourne or Sydney, this full-time position will see you support senior leadership in the delivery of advisory and transactional services to a diverse portfolio of local and global clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to service excellence.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendar, email, and travel (domestic/international) for the National Director
* Coordinate meetings, video calls, events, and stakeholder engagements
* Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and legal documents
* Support marketing campaigns, vendor reporting, and branding (including LinkedIn profiles)
* Handle expenses, reporting, and general administration
* Assist with research, data analysis, and document production
Skills and Experience
* 2+ years in a senior EA or high-level admin role
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* High level of discretion and attention to detail
* Advanced MS Office skills
* Proficiency in InDesign is essential
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
