About the role
As the Manager of Educational Excellence, you will lead a team that provides expert advice and support to education and training delivery teams. You will promote high-quality, innovative teaching practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive excellence in learning and delivery outcomes. You will utilise your high-level negotiation and influencing skills across a broad range of client groups.
A talent pool, valid for 18 months, will be created for future positions that subsequently becomes vacant.
About You
You have proven experience in leading the delivery of focused and customer-centric quality services in a dynamic and complex organisation. You have the ability to influence and drive collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, to lead and manage a large team and provide high-level advice and educational quality expertise. You will be able to connect and engage with your team and stakeholders to deliver effective business outcomes, and you will be able to lead through change. In addition, you will:
* Hold a degree qualification in a related field and have a high level of Vocational Education and Training (VET) experience and significant industry experience.
* Have an excellent understanding of Australian Skills Quality Authority Standards (ASQA) and Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency (TEQSA) standards compliance.
