SAP HR
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced SAP HR professional to lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP HR systems across Australia and New Zealand.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the configuration, integration, and compliance of SAP HR, Payroll, and Time Management systems.
* Deliver high-impact projects such as payroll consolidation, S/4HANA rollouts, and SuccessFactors integrations.
* Solve complex technical puzzles, keep systems compliant, and tackle challenging project implementations.
* Own the HRIS roadmap, including upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.
* Manage a team of internal specialists and outsourced partners.
Requirements
* 10+ years' experience in SAP HR/Payroll, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand.
* Proven success in configuring and implementing SAP HR and Payroll systems.
* Hands-on experience with S/4HANA and ECC6, with bonus points for SuccessFactors and UKG integration.
* Detailed knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.
* A strong track record in leading projects and teams.
