We're looking for a proactive and versatile Human Resources Officer to join a small, collaborative team in a part‑time, ongoing role. This is a hands‑on opportunity to make a real impact within a close‑knit organisation, working three days per week (Wednesday to Friday) onsite.
What you'll do :
* Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
* Coordinate training and development initiatives
* Maintain HR records, employment contracts, and documentation
* Support policy updates and compliance with legislation
* Administer HR systems including Employment Hero and GO1
* Assist with WorkCover and return‑to‑work coordination
* Contribute to HR reporting and staff engagement initiatives
About you :
* Relevant HR qualification (Cert IV or Diploma minimum)
* Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance
* Well‑rounded HR experience (open to a variety of backgrounds)
* Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
* Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the team
* Available onsite Wednesday to Friday, 9am–5pm
