**The Role**
As General Manager - New South Wales, you will oversee our head-office state. You will inherit a team of enthusiastic, high-performing consultants and execute your strategy for growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and inspire a team of consultants operating in a 360 recruitment model across 4 key verticals including: Projects Services & Technology, Engineering & Data, Telecommunication and Corporate Services
- Develop and coach your senior leadership team of 3 (2 Practice Leads and a Portfolio Account Manager)
- Responsibility for a multi-million P&L and the commercial management of your business
- Spread your wings This is a broad, end-to-end leadership role encompassing strategy, operations, people management, commercial and risk management, business development and sales
- Attract and hire top talent to our brand in order to grow your business by +8 consultants this fiscal year
- Nurture and delight our outstanding customer base with strategic relationship management to deliver 100% retention of key customers and 10-20% growth within newly acquired enterprise customers
- Drive recruitment activity to reach and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Create a team culture of fun, celebration, and support
