* Coordinate training, development and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in HR generalist roles within manufacturing, FMCG or similar operational environments.
* Strong IR/ER capability, with experience in unionised settings.
* Confident stakeholder manager with influence at both operational and senior levels.
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced role.
* Professional, resilient and adaptable, with a passion for supporting people and culture outcomes.
