About the role
Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Greet clients and visitors entering reception;
* Answering incoming calls in a professional manner;
* Taking and relaying messages promptly and accurately;
* Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries;
* Records management duties;
* General accounts duties;
* Maintain meeting room bookings;
* Daily purchase of office supplies;
* Tidy and maintain reception area and meeting rooms;
* Assist with general administrative and marketing task of the firm.

Skills and experience
Ideally you will have:
* Demonstrated skills and previous practical experience in a customer service role;
* Attention to detail;
* Intermediate level skills in core Microsoft packages;
* Time management and organisational skills;
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
* High standard of work and personal presentation; and
* Timely and effective communication.
