The Role
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services in a tertiary hospital
- Duties aligned with experience - dispensary operations and/or ward-based clinical care
- Potential areas include general medicine, surgery, rehabilitation, or oncology
- Responsibilities may include ward rounds, medication reviews, and discharge planning
- Work within a skilled, collaborative team
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- Hospital experience preferred but not essential - community/retail pharmacists welcome for the Christmas period*
- Ability to complete:
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Card (NT)
- Vaccine Preventable Disease Immunity Certification - Category B
