Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Bairnsdale, VIC. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, develop client relationships, and facilitate property sales and purchases. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, organising property viewings, conducting market appraisals and assisting clients throughout the buying and selling process. Additional tasks may involve networking within the local community to identify new opportunities and supporting marketing efforts to promote available properties.
Qualifications
Has proven experience as a Property Consultant or Sales Agent with strong results.
Hold a current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (formally Agents Representative Certificate).
Strong skills and experience in Real Estate Sales.
Proven Sales expertise, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Proficiency in local property market trends and understanding of relevant regulations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are essential.
Familiarity with East Gippsland's real estate market would be highly beneficial.
