**What YOU do matters!**
- This role will be based at our Support Office in Hawthorn East but will involve occasional travel to metro and regional Victoria.
- You will provide organisational support in the areas of:
- quality assurance, service quality reviews and external audits;
- provided independent advice on the effectiveness of Benetas' governance, risk and compliance management systems and processes;
- inform, influence and support organisational strategies and plans to identify, mitigate and manage risk and ensure that exemplary quality and safeguarding policies, procedures and practices are upheld;
- ensure good governance and operating efficiencies and the ongoing maintenance of our organisation-wide compliance requirements and promote a balanced and appropriate risk culture; and
- support a culture of continual quality improvement to ensure that we deliver positive, enjoyable, fulfilling and safe services through excellence in care and service delivery.
**To thrive in the role, you will have**:
- A minimum 3 years experience in a quality assurance role in a highly regulated industry
- Significant knowledge and experience with safeguarding frameworks within aged care and health sectors
- Relevant qualifications in quality assurance or internal auditing
- Significant knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance frameworks in the aged care and health sectors
- Strong skills in presentation and report-writing for senior management and boards
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to gather, investigate and collate information from diverse sources
- Attention to detail and diligence, with a proven ability to prioritise effectively in a complex work environment
