Responsibilities
As a Migration Specialist you will be following existing process documentation and working to improve/scale our legacy backup migration capabilities. You will work closely with the Cloud Backup engineering team and have the chance to take on service management and compliance‐related activities.
Qualifications
* A background in software development or IT infrastructure
* Ideally have prior experience providing desktop support to end users utilizing a computerized service management ticketing system
* Diligence to adhere to security and regulatory and compliance processes
