We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Orpheus, an all-inclusive private island lodge in Far North Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation for guests at a luxury lodge.
* Prepare hot and cold foods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
* Collaborate effectively with all departments of the lodge.
Requirements:
* Minimum two years of experience in a similar standard kitchen.
* Proficiency in all cooking techniques and styles.
