Your Opportunity

We're looking for a Content and Events Coordinator to join our team on a part time basis, 3 days per week on site at our Upper Mount Gravatt office. You'll be instrumental in creating engaging content and delivering meaningful events that bring the McNally House vision to life.

From writing compelling stories and digital updates to coordinating open days and launch events, your work will support the growth of a brand that's changing how people see ageing in Australia.

Key Responsibilities


* Coordinate and deliver events including launch activations, open days, and community engagement activities.
* Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, digital newsletters, website updates, and printed materials.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing and communications goals.
* Assist with content planning and scheduling to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
* Support media and community engagement activities with well-crafted copy, visuals, and logistics coordination.
* Maintain brand integrity across all communications in line with AQ's values and vision.

About You

You're a hands on, detail oriented content creator and organiser who thrives in a collaborative, purpose driven environment. You enjoy seeing ideas come to life whether it's through the perfect social media caption or a well executed community event.

You Bring
* Experience in content creation, marketing communications, or event coordination
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
* Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* A proactive attitude and a passion for connecting people through stories and experiences
