The Role
We are seeking a team of mature, engaging and compassionate Support Workers to assist our clients in their homes in Joondalup, East Victoria and surrounding communities. The role involves supporting the clients with personal care, enhancing their physical and mental well-being, household cleaning, building life skills, community participation and working towards their personal goals.

* Collaborating with clients, families, and agencies
Requirements
* At least 6 months of experience working with disabilities (mental health desirable)
* Valid Driver's Licence & Reliable Vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* WA Working with Children Check
* First Aid & CPR Certification
* Desirable: Certificate III and/or IV in Disability/Mental Health/Aged Care
