* Salary range: $137,292 - $141,969 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the role
Reporting to the Deputy Director: Commercialisation, you will lead the structuring, negotiation, and management of commercial deals, partnerships, and spin-out opportunities. You will develop and implement commercialisation strategies, engage stakeholders across industry and government, and provide expert advice to translate research innovations into real-world impact.
This role will be moving to the Research Translation and Commercialisation team at Adelaide University in the Enterprise Innovation Hub at the City West Campus.

To be successful you will need
* Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field with experience in commercialisation
* Expertise in health/life-science commercialisation
* Expertise in R&D commercialisation, technology transfer or IP in complex environments
* Strong understanding of IP protection, patents and commercialisation processes
* High-level communication skills to convey technical and commercial information
* Ability to manage complex projects including negotiation, budgets and compliance
