Our service pays above Award and also our educator receive the Worker Retention Allowance; this pays an additional 10% and is due to increase by another 5% in December 2025. This giving all our team great pay and benefits.

We are a privately owned long day care centre. You will be joining a team of supportive and professional educators and an learning environment second to none. Our service has been rated "Exceeding" the National Quality Standards.
We are seeking a permanent CERTIFICATE 3 or DIPLOMA EDUCATOR to join our team of professional, dedicated team. (We also have causal educator role available).
Skills and knowledge important for the role:
* Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood (if enrolled, plan to enrol or working towards these qualifications please apply)
* Working With Children Check Card
* First Aid & Anaphylaxis Certificate
* Anaphylaxis Certificate
We offer the following:
* Part-time role up to 37.5 hours per week. (If you wish to work only casually please discuss.)
* Above Award Remuneration (based on experience and qualification): Qualified Educator part-time: Award level 3.1 $31.73 to Award level 3.4 $34.76. Casual Award L1.1 $34.31 to Award level 3.4 $43.53.
* We will pay for full first aid certificate and refreshers.
* Time in lieu for staff meetings and training.
