The Key Responsibilities
* Support robust, transparent, and effective governance, quality, and risk programs.
* Provide in-house legal guidance, coordinate external legal advice, and contribute to best practice compliance and governance.
Main Accountabilities
1. Implement and improve the governance framework.
2. Facilitate external legal advice and deliver in-house guidance on complex matters.
3. Coordinate the lease and land tenure portfolio.
4. Provide advice, training, and guidance on governance and legal issues.
5. Manage complaints and investigations.
6. Prepare high-quality reports and briefings.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant discipline.
* Admission as an Australian Lawyer.
* Current practising certificate or eligibility to obtain.
* Demonstrated experience in commercial/community leasing and complaints handling.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

This is a permanent full-time role with immediate start available. The annual salary is $95,552.46 + 12% superannuation.
