**About Our Client**:
Our client is an industry leader and due to an internal promotion, they are expanding their time to and seeking an Payroll / Administration Officer, reporting
In this role, you will provide generalist administration and payroll support to the team. Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will see you:
- Ensure payroll records are accurate and collated in a timely manner to be processed each fortnight.
- Assisting with preparation and processing of payroll.
- Support with End of Month (EOM) reporting
- Manage and maintain databases, including on boarding, terminations, police checks and working with children checks.
- Monitor & track completion of required HR activities such as induction programs, probation & performance reviews.

The manager is a truly supportive and welcoming peson, who believes a positive attitude is the key to success - ideally, you will also have
- Experience processing full function payroll including: superannuation, payroll tax etc.
- Proven experience interpreting complex EBA's and Awards
- Ability to confidently work in both autonomous & team-based settings
- Outstanding communication skills between colleagues and third parties
- Attention to detail whilst performing Payroll
- Ability to think independently and solve payroll queries
