Looking to kickstart your career in hospitality? Southern Cross Campus Services' is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in Lismore, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
* Providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience
* Taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals and beverages to customers in a timely manner
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including clearing and resetting tables
* Assisting with food preparation and restocking supplies as needed
* Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures to the highest standard
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a food and beverage attendant
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work well in a team
* Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
* Working with Children's check
