Our Real Estate consulting business is based in Morningside, Brisbane.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with the Director as part of a hard-working team, and completely 'own' their role.
The part-time role will initially consist of a 20 hour week, with the ability to increase to 25-30 hours per week as the business continues to grow.
The initial requirements of the role are to work in the office until a level of competence can be reached (at the discretion of the Director) to allow a hybrid role and work at home on certain days of each week.
The 20 hour per week role at commencement will be broken down to 4 hours per day Monday to Friday, during business hours (preferred). The 4 hours are flexible between 9am-5pm providing the set hours are consistent each day/week. Example- 9am-1pm, noon-4pm, or other- whatever suits you best and as agreed with the Director
The ideal candidate should be able to; multi-task, think on their feet, switch gears quickly between tasks, have an eye for detail, have strong email and phone manner, excellent communication skills, ability to learn new things, and present with corporate acumen.
The ideal candidate will be someone looking to 'invest' themself into the business and really take ownership of the role to help drive the business forward. ie they actually care about the business and its brand and are not just working to get paid. Previous experience in a Senior EPA or PA role strongly preferred.
Day to day duties will be very diverse, including but not limited to CRM management, data entry, various EPA duties, admin management, liaison with clients and business affiliates, appointment preparation, and other miscellaneous day to day duties.
