**Parts Production Lead Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Parts Production Lead to oversee the DPF rebuild section and parts requirements for PDI operations across our Sydney and Melbourne production lines. This role is pivotal in managing component lifecycle tasks, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the DPF reman team in Fairfield, including day-to-day management and safety compliance.
* Coordinate parts requirements for DPF and PDI operations across Sydney and Melbourne.
* Collaborate with inventory, planning, production and procurement teams to ensure parts availability.
* Manage production schedules and resources, including subcontractors.
* Oversee PRD job lifecycle, component introductions and core management.
* Liaise with global teams for non-standard parts and technical support.
* Support quality, warranty and compliance processes.
* Drive continuous improvement to reduce stockouts and urgent build needs.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Business, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
* Strong technical understanding of parts and rebuild processes.
* Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.
* Excellent planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
* Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
