CTP/Personal Injury Lawyer Role
A junior to intermediate CTP/personal injury lawyer is sought for a key role in Western Australia. The successful candidate will work remotely with full IT infrastructure and administrative support.
* The primary focus will be on CTP/motor vehicle accidents (50%) and public liability/abuse (50%) cases in WA.
* Candidate will work closely with a top-calibre team leader senior lawyer.

Requirements:
* Admitted lawyer in Western Australia.
* Minimum 1 year+ of plaintiff personal injury law experience, including CTP.
* Strong understanding of relevant Western Australian CTP legislation/court practice/procedure and litigation experience.
* Excellent communication, advocacy, and people skills.
