**The Role**
Working with a high level of autonomy and shared team accountability, the key responsibilities include:
- Resolve ServiceDesk incidents, adhering to SLAs and conducting root cause analyses.
- Manage ServiceDesk tickets and facilitate client software upgrades through ITIL practices.
- Conduct software training sessions, both online and in classrooms.
- Oversee customer User Acceptance Testing for software installations and upgrades.
- Share responsibility for after-hours support during critical incidents.
- Execute SQL scripts, understand system downtime, and perform basic SQL queries.
- Provide technical support with clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.
**Your Expertise**:
- Strong foundation in Azure - building, configuring, deploying Azure Cloud environments within a secure framework.
- Azure or AWS Certifications or equivalent.
- 3-5+ years of L2 Helpdesk or Support experience.
- Strong self-management, excellent written and oral communication.
- Intermediate-level MS SQL/Oracle scripting.
- Australian Full Driver's License and full working rights.
