To support that expansion, we are looking to bring on a Personal Assistant & Growth Coordinator who can work closely with the founder to help elevate systems, enhance client experience and drive the business forward.

The Role & Opportunity
We are looking for someone ambitious, proactive and highly organised to step into a Personal Assistant & Growth Coordinator role.
You will work directly with the founder to:
* Remove operational bottlenecks
* Improve systems and efficiency
* Increase lead conversion
* Enhance client experience
* Support marketing initiatives
* Help scale overall revenue
This is not just a support role — you will play an active part in helping grow the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
